As a Body technician you will be responsible for repairing all vehicles to manufacturer, industry and Company standards. You will thoroughly tear down vehicles for estimates. Cap open lines on vehicle after tear down. You will measure vehicles and provide frame damage analysis, notify production department as soon as tear down is complete. You will be responsible for reviewing estimates with estimator while vehicle is still in the stall, read work order, read and follow all repair procedure information provided. Check parts received when delivered by parts dept., communicate to parts dept. on any missing parts that are on order, fill out supplement request form for estimator when needed and give supplement request forms to production. Once body work is complete you will check vehicle parts order before sending the car to paint and then take all necessary parts to the paint shop with the vehicle for painting. Check and recheck all systems before and after repairs (windows, lamps, locks, latches, mirrors, radios, etc.), Check panels for proper fit and gaps. Any additional duties as may be assigned.

As a customer service rep you must be able to build relationships with customers, insurance representatives and co-workers. You will be responsible for making appointments for estimates and repairs and follow-up based on information from Insurance Partners. As a customer service rep you will stay at front desk at all times, greet and assist guest, answer phones, assist caller to the best of your ability and assist estimators when possible. You will be responsible for neatly and completely filling out customer and insurance information on vehicle check in sheets. As the Parts manager/specialist you will be responsible for ordering parts following complete shop procedures, communicate with vendors on parts and service ETA’s. Once delivered you will check and verify parts received, check LKQ parts for damage and negotiate with tech and recycling yard on repair times to panels. Scan all invoices and necessary documents into complete shop the day the order arrives. You will also be responsible for returning parts and collect credits from vendor within 5 working day. Responsible for all vehicle sublet items (wheels, glass, bumpers, etc.). You will review necessary supplement parts with tech., communicate with estimator any vehicle parts or sublet needs, communicate with body technicians and mechanics on any parts needs. You will be responsible in assisting with accurate repair order documentation. Also responsible for parts office and parts shelves to be clean and organized at all times, ordering body shop supplies (sand papers, fillers, sealers, etc.) and distribution of body shop materials to technicians. Responsible for clip lizard system. Responsible for keeping stock of fluids and making sure they are charged out on repair order accordingly.
